Umpire Pay Sheet

 

Below is the link to download the 2009 O.R.B.A. Umpire Pay Sheet. Please make sure that you completely fill out the pay sheet and have both coaches sign the form before each of your games. Frankie will then collect each form when he comes around to each field. If Frankie does not pick up your form you can drop it off to any of the concession stands. Please also make sure that you have signed the form as this is required in order to get paid. The pay sheet is in excel (.xls) format
